What is carbon sequestration?

Carbon dioxide is naturally sequestered by trees and other plants. It can also be captured from the air and stored in cement!

When burning fossil fuels sends carbon dioxide into the atmosphere
When carbon dioxide leaks out of the soil into the atmosphere
When carbon dioxide is taken out of the atmosphere and stored
When carbon dioxide is generated from decomposition of organic matter
