I sell the “like new” ones that still have tags on an app called Mercari. They are actually selling really quickly.

I use them as chew toys for our pet - he loves ripping them up, then I can use the stuffing for other projects in the future vs. buying stuffing from a craft store.

Please do NOT throw away your mascara wands. Instead, clean JUST THE WAND with dawn soap, place them in a ziploc bag and mail them to a Wildlife Refuge accepting donations. These little wands are able to be upcycled to clean away oil, larvae, fly eggs, mites, infections, mud and other contaminants from wildlife. Works great for medical care and wound treatment

Pick your refuge to mail to:

    Appalachian Wild
    P.O. Box 1211
    Skyland NC 28776

    Wildlife Wands
    P.O. Box 1586
    Southwick, MA 01077.

Discovering that microbeads were bad and removing them from products was a step forward, using cloth bags for shopping, hopefully more states and cities will ban plastic bags especially in grocery stores. All the new innovations in science and technology for a more ecological world are a wonderful good thing happening all the time. Everyone should try to do their part in some way.
