    I don't mind a meat free meal once in a while. I have cut down on the amount of use of meat and use more fish. I have found that just a small amount of meat for flavoring instead of the main part of a meal is enough.

    I have lived a vegan lifestyle for 14 years now. The resources are good one's to have but you also have to watch over doing protein with the analog's.
